You don't often hear bar cooks talk about food like chef Dave at Joey Roses. He clearly has an appreciation for the products and what he creates💗And OMG I loved the lady filling dumplings right among all the tables with patrons eating! 🤗
Tasty Dumpling for me. My wife and I had a hotel next to Tasty Dumpling, and it was our first stop after dropping our bags off at the hotel. Dumplings and fried noodles in the park with my wife, in NYC, is a core memory.
The food looks fantastic, I am in Australia soI love watching these food videos from NYC.

@@muscleman125 Chill, we have better beaches, mountains, lakes, rivers, hills and better overall outdoors. Better jobs through a wide range of industries, better culture (overall) and less douchy/aggressive/anxious people. NYC is full of mentally-ill people roaming the streets/subways. Cant even deny NYC has terrible weather like 95% of the year, whats the point of anything if you cant even leave your shoe-box apartment in your dinged-up/scratched-up car without an umbrella or balaclava/heavy jacket? NYC is full of pale, sick looking people that never get active or go to the gym. NYC is great if you wanna work your life away just to never own anything .... but hey the deli's are great! LOL

Those TV Dinner tray tables were around well before there were microwave dinners. They started with Swanson TV Dinners. The ones in aluminum pans, that were heated in conventional ovens. And the TVs were black and white.
That mall used to be a movie theater. I used to catch chinese movies from HK there every weekend.

Love pizza hut but my local pizza hut only had pac-man..wish they had mortal kombat also! Those sandwiches look so delicious! I think you should try the Malaysian beef jerky on Elizabeth st in Chinatown because it's best beef jerky I have had in my lifetime!

A lot of these places exist in NYC if you know where to look. Don't overlook a place just because the storefront is a bit shabby.
I love siopao (steamed buns) and this looks SO much more fully stuffed than anything I can get in Orlando!

Hi there! Going to NYC in 2 weeks and binging all your videos - they're the best! Question about the recent earthquake - I know nothing serious happened but what's the general atmosphere in the city about it? Is there any warning system for the city (and would they actually use it to warn people)? I know you might not have the answers but I am just wondering if there are any predictions about more incidents like this for the nearest future... Also maybe someone else in this community has some knowledge on this..

Going to NYC in May with my family staying in Harlem West, love all these types of foods , what does the weather be like in May
May should be perfect tbh. April is still cold/windy/rainy/gloomy. May might be the best weather all year (unless it gets humid/stuffy). 95% of the year the weather sucks in NYC.

@@chadsmo June will definitely be hot, humid and muggy. Subways will be brutal to stand in while you wait for the train to arrive but once inside the AC should be good. Still better than winter tho. I'd take hot over cold any day.

@HereBeBarr Hi my husband and I really enjoy your videos we travelled to New York last year and want to return in Feb 2025 and are trying to find the cheapest accommodation for 1 month stay in Manhattan preferably an apartment in midtown as motels/hotel prices have really gone up since last year -we will be trying all these cheap eats from your video thank you :)
Pre-covid those Punjabi samosas were $1.50. I'd happily pay $5 for them. They are hands down the greatest place in the city for cheap food.
